Robert Floyd is President of BirchLeaf Investments Inc., formerly R.A.Floyd Capital Management Inc. Robert is the lead portfolio manager of the company and attained his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in1988 and received his honours B.A. in Political Science from Brock University in 1975.

Robert Floyd, has over 30 years of extensive investment experience, managing pension, corporate, mutual funds, segregated funds and other assets for some of the larger financial institutions in Canada. He has personally managed up to $1.7 Billion in equity assets. He has worked for some of the larger insurance companies in Canada and has held progressively senior positions and ultimately was Senior Vice President at PPM Fund Managers(formerly Prudential Assurance Company). He previously worked for Empire life, New York Life and General Accident Assurance (now Aviva Canada Inc.) He has many years of experience managing a wide array of equity products from conservative to more aggressive portfolios.
